For anyone who's spent time in a science lab: these used to be pipette tip cases. Saved by a local soil scientist, we shredded and melted them down, then pressed it into a series of combs. They come out looking gemstone-like. Ethereal, unexpected, and nothing like where it started.
The strong teeth glide through wet or dry hair - curly, tangle-prone, thick, you name it. Every comb is speckled or swirly pattern based on what we collect, so yours will be one of a kind.
